Physician
Heather A. Collins, DO
Dr. Collins is a graduate of Temple University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Born and raised in the Philadelphia region, she has cared for members of the Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery County region for over 20 years. Dr. Collins treats babies through geriatric aged patients. She most enjoys seeing entire families and watching them grow through all aspects of life. She sees patients not only in the office, but cares for them inpatient at Holy Redeemer Hospital. While also working at the office, she enjoys instructing Medical Students and Nurse Practitioner Students on all aspects of Family Medicine.
She’s a diehard Phillies and Flyers fan, enjoys gardening, creating pottery, traveling and spending time with her family when she isn’t seeing patients.

James R. Sullivan
Jim graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and has worked in many aspects of business from restaurant management, insurance company data analysis, construction and construction supply sales to CFO of a disaster-recovery company. He too is a Philadelphia native and came back to the area to manage HRC Medical. Dr. Collins entrusts Jim to manage the day-to-day business and Property Management of HRC Medical, oversee the Medical Billing, and coordinate the transfer of Medical Records when needed.
When not working, Jim enjoys spending time with his grandkids, spending time outside on home projects or working on cars and lending a hand to neighbors and friends when needed. He also enjoys hunting and participating in any outdoor sports.

Barbara Hussein
Patient Care Coordinator, Barb Hussein, is the smiling face you are greeted by upon arrival for your visit. She is also responsible for scheduling appointments, and obtaining referrals and necessary pre-certifications or authorizations when required.
Barb is a proud native of Northeast Philadelphia and spent many years gaining extensive customer service experience in multiple industries. In her free time, Barb may be spotted at one of the local lakes canoeing with her husband, and most enjoys reading a great book while relaxing on her backyard patio.
